Phagos = Gregoor Lendfers and his carefully built up quality network of top professionals.

Gregoor is educated in sports and in human resource management. He worked as a leading HR Manager at two worldwide known American high-tech companies and at a Dutch, but international operating building and construction company. In addition, he worked several years as manager operations for one of these two American companies. In 2000 he founded Phagos and from then on companies hired him to help with improving all kinds of organizational and hr-issues.
He is the stimulator when business changes in every form are necessary and he shows people in all kinds of ways to reflect themselves and their environment in a quite extraordinary manner. In top of that he has a sharp eye for the way business processes work and for the impact on it by employees, exposing certain human behavior.
The way Gregoor acts is strongly influenced by the way horses communicate and take leadership.

He is an expert on natural horsemanship. With his horses he lets managers and specialists experience the miraculous connection between personal leadership and common success. Sometimes this can be very confronting and often exiting, but for all it is a very valuable experience.
